1. How long are shipping times? 

Your products will ship within one to five days of you placing your order and then take 14-31 days to reach your doorstep. Each product of The Wigtique has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. 

2. What's you return policy?

You have 7 days to return your product for an exchange. Product must be within it's original packaging and unused. Lace must be uncut. Include receipt or proof of purchase. Include packing slip or contact information in package. No Refunds. Store credit or exchange only. 

Shipping fee is not included in return credit.

Return of the product shipping fees are subject to the sender.

Defective items or Damaged Items
If your item is defective or damaged please let us know by sending an email to info@thewigtique.com, and we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please send your item to:

Let us know of your shipping cost for returning the item and we will give that back to you in the form of a store credit. 

2a. Before Returning the wig

Please be advised that the wigs in the pictures may have been cut, styled or curled to fit the model's face, wigs will need to be customized and styled according to your preferences. 3. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order/item within 2 hours through our customer service email (info@thewigtique.com). If the cancelation is done after 2 hours, we can not guarantee that the cancellation will be successful. 

If you want to change order before it ships out, you will be charged $5; Once your order has been shipped out, Unfortunately, we will not be able to change/cancel it for you.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item? 

If there's an issue with your order--If it's the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted--then simply notify us via email with one of the below preferences:

a) Mail the item to :

and we will issue you a store credit. 

b) You can keep the item to donate or use as practice 

c) Send the item back to us and we can offer store credit.

5. Do you offer exchanges? 

We do offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you do not get the product you expected, just let us know how you would like to proceed.
